If you are considering Clayton-le-Woods CE Primary School for your child, please ring the School Office on 01772 335030 to arrange a visit with Mrs Bashora, Headteacher. 

Applications for places in our Reception class should be made via Lancashire County Council's website www.lancashire.gov.uk (search 'school admissions'). If you are applying for a place on faith grounds then you must also complete the Supplementary Form for Faith Reference which is available on the link below or from the school office. The Supplementary form needs returning to school.

In-Year admissions

In-year admission is the process of applying for a school place during the school year. 

The in-year admission process is managed by the school. Parents are required to complete the in-year application form, which is available below. Where a place cannot be secured, parents will be offered a legal right to appeal to an independent appeal panel. Lancashire County Council administers the appeals process on behalf of the school.
